Return Eligibility
Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. Customers must notify us within 3–7 days from the date of receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-mixed or tinted paints
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Return Conditions
All approved returns must:
Be in original packaging
Be unused and in resellable condition
Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Refund Process
Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval by Wision Paint Sdn Bhd. Approved refunds may be issued via bank transfer or original payment method.
Replacement Option
For defective or damaged items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers may be required to bear return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
